October 2020 Holiday Closure Schedule

Dear Valued Customers,

Please note that we will be closed for the Holidays starting Friday the 2nd of October 12:00 PM through Monday the 12th of October 9:00 AM.
Orders placed between the above times will ship after we reopen.
Our customer care team will respond to emails on Monday the 5th, Tuesday the 6th, Wednesday the 7th and Thursday the 8th.
If you need assistance with canceling an order, please send an email to support@pilasterdesigns.com with your order number and reason for cancellation before we reopen as shipping will resume on Monday the 12th of October and orders that are already in shipped status are no longer eligible for cancellation.
If you need assistance with obtaining replacement parts for damaged, defective or missing parts of your order, please send an email to support@pilasterdesigns.com and include you order number, exact part numbers that require replacement (part numbers can be found on the assembly instructions sheet) & photos of the issue.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
