October 2022 Holiday Schedule
Dear Valued Customers,
We will be closed for the Holidays from Friday the 7th until Wednesday the 19th of October.
Orders placed after Thursday the 6th of October may ship after we reopen on Wednesday the 19th of October.
Our customer care team will respond to emails on Friday the 7th, Sunday the 9th, Tuesday the 11th (evening), Wednesday the 12th, Thursday the 13th, Friday the 14th, Saturday the 15th (evening), and Sunday the 16th.
- If you need assistance with canceling an order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for cancellation before Wednesday the 19th of October as our warehouse will reopen early morning and orders that are already in shipped status are no longer eligible for cancellation.
- If you need assistance with obtaining replacement parts for damaged, defective or missing parts of your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, exact part numbers that require replacement (part numbers can be found on the assembly instructions sheet) & photos of the issue.
