We will be closed for the Holidays starting Wednesday the 5^th of April until Monday the 17^th of April.

Orders placed after Tuesday the 3^rd of April may ship after we reopen on Monday the 17^th of April.

Our customer care team will respond to emails on Wednesday the 5^th, Saturday the 8^th (evening), Sunday the 9^th, Monday the 10^th, Tuesday the 11^th, Thursday the 13^th(evening), Friday the 14^th, Saturday the 15^th (evening), and Sunday the 16^th. 

• If you require assistance with canceling an order, please send an email to support@pilasterdesigns.com with your order number and reason for cancellation before Wednesday the 19^th of October as our warehouse will reopen early morning and orders that are already in shipped status are no longer eligible for cancellation.

• If you require assistance with obtaining replacement parts for damaged, defective or missing parts of your order, please send an email to support@pilasterdesigns.com and include your order number, exact part numbers that require replacement (part numbers can be found on the assembly instructions sheet) & photos of the issue.
