Shipping Policies & Standards

FEDEX/UPS/USPS SHIPMENTS

  • Most of our products ship within 1 business day. 
  • Many of our products are delivered via FedEx, UPS or USPS and may not require a signature upon delivery (the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person).
  • Transit time for these shipments are between 1 to 5 business days.
  • Tracking of these shipments can be done through their websites, www.FedEx.comwww.UPS.com or www.USPS.com.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

  • We provide Freight Delivery by contracted freight carriers, which is the standard shipping method for items that are too large or heavy for small parcel shipments.
  • Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. and will require someone to be present during the delivery. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window.
  • Our standard freight service is curbside delivery (door-to-door service). Transporting the item into the home or other areas, disposing of packaging materials and assembly of the products are the customers responsibility.
  • Transit time for freight shipments can take up to 14 business days.
  • Missing the confirmed scheduled delivery appointment will result in the shipping company to charge a re-delivery fee.
  • Upon accepting the shipment, please take the time to inspect the freight by counting the number of boxes to ensure all items/boxes are accounted for and then opening all of the boxes to ensure there are no damages before signing the Proof of Delivery. Of course, this requires the driver to wait until the completion of the inspection, and some drivers can be pushy or impatient and will say anything to not have to wait around (not all the time, but it happens!) however doing so will spare a lot of aggravation in a case of missing or damaged items as claims of missing or damaged items that are not noted on the delivery receipt will be denied by the carrier and the customer will be responsible for the cost of any replacements. To read more, please visit our company policies.
  • Important Note: Out of area freight orders are subject to additional shipping surcharges or cancellation. (We will reach out to the customer after order placement to offer an option of canceling the order or paying for the additional shipping surcharges).

WHITE GLOVE FREIGHT DELIVERY

  • We are happy to provide White Glove Freight Delivery, which is a premium service that includes in-home delivery, room of choice, unboxing and removal of debris (assembly is not included).
